What makes us different

Our founder Jamie has been working in recruitment since 2010 and since 2015 he has been working in-house to grow teams at some of the worlds most exciting technology companies. 

This experience of working alongside founders, leaders and teams is what gives AMP a unique perspective into how to build successful teams. 

Jamie set up AMP as a way to offer growing companies a way to benefit from this insight and partner with a recruitment company who can truly understand their needs

We believe the most important part of working with somebody is truly understanding their needs.

We begin every client relationship with a structured onboarding session to understand your specific needs and challenges. 

We then engage our network of delivery consultants to find the best candidate and conduct a rigorous screening process to ensure that we find the right candidate for your needs.
